How to place an Order

Order and pay by Credit Card

1. You can pay for an order with your BANKCARD, MASTERCARD or VISA.
2. Download and print an Order Form/Price List. 
3. Complete details of the items you want and calculate the correct pricing. 
4. Complete your COMPANY DETAILS and CREDIT CARD information.  Please write this CLEARLY, as print quality can deteriorate substantially during fax transmission. 
5. Fax the Order Form to (02) 9683-6262.
6. Because we keep large stocks of all colours, we should be able to dispatch orders received prior to 1:00pm SYDNEY TIME on the same day.  Depending on the size/weight of the order and destination, delivery can be as soon as 8:00 next morning or may take a few days. A Credit Card receipt is attached to the Tax Invoice which will accompany your order

Order and pay by EFT

1. Download and print an Order Form/Price List.
2. Complete details of the items you want and calculate the correct pricing. 
3. Complete your COMPANY DETAILS. Please write this CLEARLY.
4. Fax the Order Form to (02) 9683-6262. We will confirm the correct prices by a return fax Pro-Forma Invoice (usually within the hour)
5. Complete the EFT and send us a copy of the Receipt either by Fax to (02) 9683 6262 or E-mail to

Order and pay by cheque

1. Download and print an Order Form/Price List.
2. Complete details of the items you want and calculate the correct pricing. 
3. Complete your COMPANY DETAILS. Please write this CLEARLY.
4. Fax the Order Form to (02) 9683-6262. We will confirm the correct prices by a return fax Pro-Forma Invoice (usually within the hour)
5. Post the completed Order Form and your cheque for the calculated TOTAL price to:

Completing the Order Form

• Be sure to mark:
  • the PRODUCT you want
  • the COLOUR you want (See the Colour Chart for colour range or to match a Laminate or Powdercoat colour)
  • for SNAP-CAPS only
    • Size required (you can compare your fastener size with the Snap-Cap sizes here)
    • Cap FINISH required (Snap-Caps come in a MATT or GLOSS finish)
    • Washer type required (CSK - to suit Countersunk fasteners or F/B - to suit flat Bottom fasteners such as Pan-heads or rivets).

• Calculate the UNIT PRICE of each item - There is a Price List on the Order Form as well as on each Product page - We recommend that you take particular note of how Quantity Discounts apply to each particular product. "AMOUNT" is Unit Price x Quantity Ordered.

• Calculate the SUB TOTAL, then add the correct amount for FREIGHT.  At present $8.00 applies to all dispatched orders to the Sydney Metro area and $12.00 for all dispatched orders to all other parts of Australia, irrespective of order size.  To calculate the TOTAL price, all deliveries to Australian addresses MUST add a further 10% (of Sub Total plus Freight) for GST. A TAX INVOICE will accompany your order, allowing you to claim INPUT CREDIT for the GST paid.
