What is the Pro-Dec Overnight Delivery Guarantee?
Because we have all our colours in stock, we can ship orders received by 1.30pm on the same day, and get your order to you overnight (next business day).
And we are putting our money where our mouth is - if your order does not reach you on time, we will give you a Credit of 20% of your Invoice amount or $10.00 (whichever is greater) to use for future orders.
How does the Overnight Delivery Guarantee work?
Your order must meet a few conditions:
Order Deadline: You must place your order before 1.30pm (Sydney time). We must receive your payment (Credit Card details, faxed or e-mailed EFT receipt or receipt of cheque) before 2.00pm to guarantee same-day dispatch
Parcel Weight: must be less than approx 2Kg to fit in an Airbag. Larger orders will normally be sent by "Road" with delivery time depending on destination.
Destination: Guarantee applies to most cities and regional centres. Unfortunately, some parts of Australia are just too remote to guarantee reaching next day, but will still be delivered on a priority service. Call us to check if your location is covered.
How many Caps make up 2Kg?
2Kg is approximately 20,000 Bifix or Stemfix caps; about 6,000 size 6/8 Snap-Caps & washers: or 4,000 10/12 Snap-Caps & washers.
Should you require Guaranteed Overnight Delivery of larger orders, we would be happy to quote a special freight price for you. Just let us know that your order is required urgently and we'll do the rest.
Important Information
Provided the above-mentioned conditions have been met, we will dispatch your order for next working day delivery.
Please bear in mind that our couriers do not deliver on week-ends or public holidays, and that public holidays at en-route points or factors beyond our control (such as floods or terrorism etc) may delay deliveries. Your order will still be delivered as a priority, however the Guarantee will not apply in such situations.
