Important Notes on Colour matching information

1. This information is provided by Pro-Dec Products Pty Ltd as a courtesy to customers to assist in the selection of product colours. This table has been compiled using information supplied by the various manufacturers and distributors. While all care possible has been taken in tabling this data, Pro-Dec Products accepts no liability for any inaccuracies, omissions or currency of information contained herein.
2. The colours selected have been chosen as best under natural "daylight" conditions. It should be noted that colour perception is very subjective and varies significantly according to:
   • individual perception
   • the type and amount of light (ie indoors/outdoors, sunshine/cloudy or incandescent/fluorescent)
   • the surface reflectivity & finish (ie metallic, matt, gloss or satin)
3. We are only able to provide colour matching information for the current ranges of board and coating materials as supplied by the relevant Manufacturers or Distributors.
   • If you require a match for a board or coating material that is not on these lists, please post a sample chip to us so that we can match it for you.
• If you are using laminate or board colours that are no longer in the manufacturer's current range, you will need to phone us for the correct colour match.
4. If you are selecting for a colour-critical application, it is recommended that you ask us for samples prior to ordering.

What is the "Alternate Colour" about?

In some instances, especially on patterns & woodgrains, no one solid colour cap can provide a perfect match. Where possible, we have selected the colour that best "fits in" - usually the background tone, or a highlight colour. In some cases, we have listed an alternative colour to our first choice, which in some applications or lighting conditions may provide a more asthetically-pleasing result.

Although we are able to provide a good-quality match to the vast majority of laminate and powdercoat colours, with just 98 colours in our range, there are a small number of laminates and powdercoats we simply cannot provide a good match for. In these cases, we have sometimes listed an alternative colour as the 'best available' although we recommend that users should select an appropriate contrasting colour, or for corporate work a highlight colour that is part of the customer's corporate identity.
