How do I place an Order?

Go to the How to Order page and download an Order Form/Price List.
Follow the instructions to complete the Order Form and calculate total price.
Paying By Credit Card: We accept Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard. Fill in all the details and Fax your Order Form to us at (02) 9683-6262.
Paying By Cheque: Fill in all the details and calculate the correct amount. Post your Order Form and cheque to PO Box 6382 Parramatta NSW 2150.

How soon will I receive my Order?

This pretty much depends on where you are! Because we are the manufacturer and we keep stocks of all products and colours, we are able to offer same-day dispatch on better than 90% of orders received by 1.00pm EST. (Occasionally we do run out of some colours if we have an unexpected run of orders, but because we are the manufacturer, we are usually able to make your order within a few days).

Deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and the larger regional centres on the Eastern states are next day delivery. The further away from Sydney and your state's capital city, the longer it will take, although even the most isolated towns should not take more than 4 days.

Are the colours on your Colour Chart accurate enough to match to?

Unfortunately not! Due to limitations in the 4-Colour printing process used with our printed brochures and the colour reproduction of even the best computer monitors when viewing our Web Colour Chart, the colours should be used as only an indication of the moulded caps.

If you want to match to a Laminate, Powdercoat or Colorbond colour, this information can be found via the Colour Chart.

If you want to match timber or other materials such as painted surfaces, send us a sample and we can select the best match for you. If this is not possible, choose 2 or 3 colours from the Colour Chart that seem close and we will send some samples for you to try.

Can I return goods?

Click to see full details on our Warranty and Refund & Exchange Policy. You must contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation - we cannot accept claims otherwise. Goods with manufacturing faults will be replaced free-of-charge, as will goods that have been incorrectly dispatched. Goods that have been incorrectly ordered by you will be exchanged subject to:

Can I open a Credit Account?

We are happy to offer a Credit Account to customers trading in excess of $200 per month. Below this value does not justify the costs of maintaining an account due to the finance and administrative costs. By having "occasional" customers pay by cheque or Credit Card, we are able to hold down our costs and therefore our prices. Please note that a minimum Order value of $50.00 applies for Orders being paid on Account.

Can I get a Brochure mailed to me?

Just fill in your details on our Registration Page. Request a Brochure in the COMMENTS field.

You will be sent information of our Products or Specials by E-Mail unless you indicate you do not wish to receive it. We will not pass your information on to anyone else - under any circumstances!
