How do I place an Order?

For the time being, we have decided not to implement on-line oredering. Instead, we accept orders in any of the following methods - by telephone, by fax (on your letterhead or Purchase Order, by E-mail, by Snail-Mail, or you can go to our How to Order page and download an Order Form/Price List. Detailed information on how to complete the Order Form can be found there also.

We can accept payment by EFT, Credit or Debit Card or Cheque. We do not add any additional charges for payments made by Credit Cards. Regular customers trading in excess of $200 per month can also apply for a credit account

Freight & Dispatch

All dispatched orders are sent with recognized courier companies. Although this may be more expensive than other alternatives, it allows us to quickly trace shipments if there is a delivery problem, and to provide customers with Proof of Delivery if necessary. Ultimately, the higher level of service guarantees fewer delays and a lot less headaches for everyone concerned.

Because we are the manufacturer and we keep stocks of all products and colours, we are able to offer same-day dispatch on better than 90% of orders received by 1.00pm EST. (Occasionally we do run out of some colours if we have an unexpected run of orders, but because we are the manufacturer, we are usually able to make your order within a few days).

Deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and larger regional centres on the NSW Eastcoast are next day delivery. The further away from Sydney and your state's capital city, the longer it will take. Typical delivery to Perth is 7-10 days.

Why we apply a Delivery Charge

We do not built a delivery cost into our product prices, as any customer ordering more than 1bag of a product would be paying more than their share of freight. It is conceivable they would end up paying 10-20 times (or more) of the actual freight cost.

By having a "flat rate" delivery charge - irrespective of the size of the order, every customer pays freight just once, but gets the best possible price for the products they order. They are designed to cover our minimum cost to get a small parcel around Australia (such as airbag or overnight satchel service). This means the bigger your order, the more you spread out the delivery charge.

Effective from 1 July 2014, our delivery charges are:

Discount Structure

Discounts are determined simply by the total amount of the order. This allows customers to order any mix of products, colours or sizes.

You get a blanket 10% Discount if the Product Value of your order is $100.00 or more. If the Product Value of your order is $250 or more, you get a blanket 15% Discount. You will then need to add the freight charge if applicable) and 10% GST.

This Discount applies to ALL our products, including Electroplated Snap-Caps, as well as packs of 100, 250 and 500 of electroplated Snap-Caps and for telephone, fax or e-mail sales, as well as counter sales for customers lucky enough to be near Parramatta!

Is your Colour Chart accurate enough to match to?

Printed Colour Chart (such as our brochures): Unfortunately not! Due to limitations in the 4-Colour printing process used with our printed brochures, the colours shown should be used as only an indication of the colour range available.

Website Colour Chart: Unfortunately not! Even the best quality monitors may display significant variations in the colours of our on-line Web Colour Chart, and the colours should be used as only an indication of the colour range available.

To help you choose the best colour for your application, we have already matched our colours to more than 2,000 finishes widely used in Australia, including ranges from: Laminex, Formica, Wilsonart, Egger, Polytech, Nu-Door, Interpon powdercoats & Colorbond.  You can quickly and easily access this information on our website Colour Matching app.

If you want to match timber or other materials such as painted surfaces, send us a sample and we can select the best match for you. If this is not possible, choose 2 or 3 colours from the Colour Chart that seem close and we will send some samples for you to try.

Can I return goods?

Goods with manufacturing faults will be replaced free-of-charge, as will goods that have been incorrectly dispatched. Goods that have been incorrectly ordered by you will be exchanged subject to:

Can I open a Credit Account?

We are happy to offer a Credit Account to customers trading in excess of $200 per month. Below this value does not justify the costs of maintaining an account due to the finance and administrative costs. By having "occasional" customers pay by cheque or Credit Card, we are able to hold down our costs and therefore our prices. Please note that a minimum Order value of $50.00 applies for Orders being paid on Account.
